In Person Church Services
You’d be most welcome, but please do be aware there are still restrictions on who you can interact with both inside and outside the building.
We are taking contact details for test and trace purposes, though if you would prefer to opt out you can.
Most Sundays we can record attendance as people arrive, but it’s helpful to be able to plan who can sit where to ensure we can keep things as safe as possible. You can either do this using this simple form: tinyurl.com/beneficeworship or you can email Charlotte Faircloth my PA to let her know you are hoping to come on charlottefaircloth13@gmail.com, or phone on 07397 240 713.
Zoom Online Services
We have an online service at 10am every Sunday morning: usually just half an hour. You can engage either using Zoom, by telephoning in, or by watching online at: www.facebook.com/rattlesdenbenefice/live. For information about how to use zoom or telephone, please go to the Church page on the village website at www.brettenham.onesuffolk.net.
Zoom Coffee Morning
Every Wednesday morning from 10-11am we are having a Zoom coffee morning: login details are exactly the same as for our Zoom services and please do phone in if you don’t have a device or good internet connection. Bring your own tea and coffee!
Quiz Nights
We are having some Zoom quiz nights monthly on Fridays: the next one is 9th April and 14th May. Teams of 4 adults (children can help too!) and we can put you in a team on the night. Join anytime before 7.30, and bring something fruit based! No cost (or prizes!) but donations to your local church welcome. Email Tiffer to let him know you are joining, but turning up on the night is fine too (in the usual zoom room).
Church Opening
Rattlesden and Brettenham churches are open every Wednesday and Sunday from 9am to Dusk. Thorpe Morieux is open every day from 9am to dusk. Hitcham church is still closed for building works. Can I say a huge thank you to the volunteers who are cleaning after services and during the week to ensure we can remain open during this period with more challenging procedures we must adhere to. If you feel able to volunteer to help with cleaning it would be most appreciated.
